March 2022, Mealberry GmbH participated in Sandown – the UK’s №1 pet trade event that every year gathers all the industry brands and professionals under one roof.
One of the most anticipated parts of the exhibition is New Product Showcase Award.
The New Product Showcase displays a wide variety of new products to the trade.
This year the awards were chosen from an entry of 200 new products by a team of expert pet retailers. The judges’ decisions took into account a number of guideline criteria such as product innovation, design, quality, packaging, value for money and sustainability.
Mealberry GmbH had won in the Small Animal and Bird Products category with the new Little One Starter Set – ready-to-start product set for new pet-parents. The set includes: feed, treats and a handy pet-carrier.
Judges’ comments: “At a good price with attractive packaging, this product is a good starter pack for new and junior pet owners. It’s an excellent and well-rounded addition to the small animal market”.
The judges agreed that the New Product Showcase 2022 had produced a high calibre of entries with a tremendous amount of innovation.
Wining a PATS New Product Showcase Award is a prestigious achievement, acknowledging Mealberry expertise in the industry.
